Add them to your list of companies to meet with. Hired Expert Fence for the second time. Companies and workmanship can change over time, but I continue to be pleased with their on site and office staff. The first fence remains strong and is aging well. For the second fence, opted again for a cedar board fence/ cedar rails/ pressure treated posts installed. Estimator was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. On site crew was the same. I was home during the work and appreciated being called outside / checking in on my own, to view progress: old fence down, new posts in, board height, gap with ground, etc. They follow the grade of the ground, so communication along the way helped me understand what they grapple with and mutually understand the slope of the fence's top edge (the line that the eye sees once the fence is up; all depending, it can't (and needn't) always be level, but if that is a priority for your project, I recommend discussing the requirement with the estimator.)) They clean up the site well, but do check in particular for hard to see old nails that come lose when the old fence is carried to the truck for disposal. I am pleased with Expert Fence.

Back in 2003 they installed a cedar fence for me around my entire back yard. Excellent! Useful life expectancy about 15 years. Still working just fine. Had a few repairs a few years ago. They showed how to avoid some problems. Told me I did not need repairs I thought I needed. Did some less expensive stuff instead. And for my neighbor they did some simple fixes on a gate instead of replacing it. Asked them to come out again this past week to replace a post. Also showed me a problem and will fix it cheaply. Also will tweak a couple gates. And lastly showed me some simple stuff I can do to protect the fence. Think this fence will go twice it’s expected life. I would recommend them for any kind of fence. They know what they are doing, are honest, have reasonable prices and provide very helpful info.

Customer service was excellent. Office staff delightful. The crew worked very hard. But the workmanship could have been better. The person who sells the work is not present on site when work is done. Homeowner has to supervise the crew. Crew's English skills not the best making this difficult. That said, The crew pleasantly made any needed corrections. When I emailed after the job was completed to report a couple of issues, they responded immediately and pleasantly and sent someone out to fix. Expert Fence price was significantly less than other bids.
