I called them for a small job after finding them in a google search. They said to come right over, and address the issue needed regarding a new ring I had purchased elsewhere. When I arrived, there were several customers buying jewelry, but they took me immediately and were very pleasant. When it came time to pay, I was surprised to hear "no charge." I will definitely be back in the future, because I could have easily paid but appreciated the fact that they did the minor service "gratis."
