The technician who did the lock installation and rekeying was very capable; he solved some long-standing issues with doors that were not closing properly, which made locking them difficult. They did not initially offer that I could buy my own smart lock, but they were willing to work with me when I asked to do that. That saved me a couple hundred dollars on the same product that they planned to sell me, because their markup is substantial.
