Sensei Romero is great for younger children and adults entirely focused on following Japanese culture and learning traditional Japanese Karate. Because of his slant, he tends to be rigid in his focus with adults. You must remember that it is his dojo and he is in charge. I think that is probably pretty traditional too. I can't fault him for his drive, desire and ambition. He is a gifted and talented sensei. It is good to know that he is adding Judo to his dojo. He is willing to grow and experiment. I just hope he learns a little flexibility when dealing with adults who have other interests and focuses besides Karate.
