I have been working with Brad Higgins as my personal trainer for over a year, now, and the experience has been life changing in a 100% positive way. Quite simply, Brad is the best, most knowledgeable, and most effective personal trainer with whom I have ever worked--it's not even close. He has a gift for listening and then delving into his substantial fitness training repertoire to come up with the best workout program for a particular client's needs and circumstances. I am grateful to have found Brad, and hope to continue my fitness journey with him for many years to come.
