We had Capital Abatement remove asbestos floor tiles from 2 rooms in our home. We did A LOT of research on asbestos flooring -whether to cover or remove and how it should be done according to EPA regulations - and decided that Capital Abatement checked all the boxes. Maria explained in detail their process, and answered all of our questions. It was a 2-day job - 1 day site prep where they wrap the area in plastic and 1 day to remove the flooring and have a third party come in to test the air quality. Everything went smoothly. Our foreman, Roberto, was fantastic - experienced, competent, and kind - and really put our minds at ease. Maria came by during the prep to make sure we were comfortable with how things were going. I expected a lot of loud banging and hammering, but it was very quiet (we were upstairs the whole time, sealed off from the work area). The air quality tester Becky was also so nice and told us we passed on the first try! She was not surprised because she said Roberto's team is always that good! If I had known how painless the removal would be, I would have had it done sooner! Highly, HIGHLY recommend Capital Abatement!!
