Our experience with this firm has been a train wreck. The advice has been uniformly uninformed, incorrect & expensive to fix. In the construction phase, the promptness of replies to queries is so slow that the contractor has issued notice that he will walk off the job. The licensing process with the county would probably be a headache in any case, but the inexperienced, incorrect advice we received made it all the worse. Find somebody else.
