NorthCraft Builders constructed a satisfactory deck but the process was difficult. They did not show up on the agreed construction start date and it took weeks of calls and emails to finally get the project started. Then there was a disconnect between what the salesman promised and what the builders thought was possible.

Northcraft has both replaced/expanded an entire deck and repaired a deck at my principal residence over several years. The owner and staff are friendly and easy to work with, providing good guidance on options and implications/cost. The company also provides annual or biannual resealing, on request. Prices are competitive and reasonable. Work is tidy.
