Northcraft has both replaced/expanded an entire deck and repaired a deck at my principal residence over several years. The owner and staff are friendly and easy to work with, providing good guidance on options and implications/cost. The company also provides annual or biannual resealing, on request. Prices are competitive and reasonable. Work is tidy.

Northcraft built a screened porch for us that we have been very happy with, at a very good price. 3 years out we have discovered that the white vinyl trim was nailed on with regular nails, which are now rusting and will need filling with putty or something, and cut edges on vinyl trim were unsealed, which are now mildewing. Things I didn't know to ask about at the time. So, just make to sure to specify stainless nails or screws and sealed or painted vinyl edges and you should be fine.
