I went here based on others' positive experiences. Salesperson scoffed at my Consumer Reports research and directed us to a mattress costing over $3,000. He emphasized that it was made with Mongolian horse hair and cashmere, whcih seemed utterly irrelevant to buying a mattress. I told him we were looking in the $1,000 range for a queen-size, which he indicated was totally inadequate.
