Milton is awesome. He knows how to identify particular issues with your own body type, and he will work you hard. He watches you when you are working out, careful to correct form. Training with him means always moving along. He's pleasant, but training time with Milton does not mean he's there to chat with you. He's there to move things along, and make you work hard and smart.
