My wife and I used them and regretted it immediately. Not only were they unresponsive, they misrepresented many management practices to us prior to signing. None of their agents had any credibility with us after incuring thousands of dollars in damages to our home that they failed to note on their so-called final inspection. Don't sign a contract with these people no matter how good the terms may seem, because you will be frustrated with them not looking out for your interests. They will promise that they will cover any and all damages the renter's do, other than normal wear and tear, by paying you out of the security deposit. Don't believe them. We were out of pocket, thousands of dollars and they gave us $400 which didn't even cover the cost of cleaning up a filthy house with paint and hot wax dripped on hardwood floors. The only recommended action I would give anyone for dealing with them is get a good lawyer and figure on suing them if you want to do business with them.
