--Been to this clinic twice in 2020 because it has my records and is close by. That said, staff seemed like they just wanted to get you in and out very quickly. Staff refused to order basic tests, which would have provided a basis on which to recommend treatment. Instead, staff just said go to one of Inova's physicians. Ultimately, it was Inova Alexandria Hospital ER which did the necessary tests to start me on the road to recovery and ok'd the refill of a necessary RX, which the Urgent Care Center refused to do. --Due to the pandemic, only patients are allowed inside the clinic and one has to call from the bus stop or from one's car when the patient arrives to see if the clinic will let you in.
