Came when they said they would. Did an excellent job. The finished deck looks great. The Operations Manager, Sherri Khoda, was easy to work with and very responsive. I rated advice on service options "adequate" because, as a newbie, I could've used more discussion of options and their pros and cons. The owner of Whitmer Decks sold it to Diversified Property Services but the same people are still there and they now offers lots of additional services. I was told the website is in the process of being redesigned to make this clearer.

Beautiful deck and screened porch. Absolute craftsman quality work. Not the cheapest guys around but the work continues (10 years later) to be a showplace in our home. Highly recommend.
