The general manager does a good job upfront during the proposal to make you believe they know what they are doing and that they will do a good job. Once the job starts it is a different story. The work crew was sloppy and careless. The concrete work was poor.
The work came with a 3 year warranty. The next spring during the heavy rains we discovered that they didn't get the grade quite right for two of the concrete pours and thus it puddles. In addition, they didn't compact the soil properly under a third pour that resulted in creating a leak in our basement.
I attempted to get the work repaired under the warranty, and now they are saying it isn't covered as it wasn't their fault.
I would HIGHLY recommend NOT using these guys except for the simplest of of simple jobs.
