I very much got the feeling they try to sell you on things that will cause them to come back and need to do more work.

I would recommend them for repairs of big job but not for the twice yearly maintenance. Every time the repairman came he always said the same thing "don't shoot the messenger" then found very large problems and made very expensive suggestions. I discovered after a second opinion that the work suggested was totally unnecessary.
