CMP Restorations was hired to repair storm damage to our house. As repair crew packed up to leave and showed me photos of the work they had done, I noted they had not replaced all of the damaged shingles noted in the contract. Also noted that some of the repairs needed for damaged wood work on the house had not been addressed. The repair crew promptly corrected these oversights satisfactorily. When a 2nd repair crew arrived at a later date to replace damaged gutters, the alignment of the new gutters differed from the alignment of the damaged gutters. Since our dwelling had been recently painted, the new alignment was very obvious as evidenced by a narrow but lengthy strip of trim that needed to be painted. Gutter crew departed without advising they were done or asking if work was done satisfactorily.
