Mardeck's installed a composite deck and steps, and 'modern' wire cable railings for us in January 2021. While it took a while for the parts to arrive, they provided excellent updates and we are happy with the process and quality of final product. Carolina was particularly patient at the beginning in laying out all our options and providing price comparisons so we could find the most affordable solution. Christian and Mario diligently braved the coldest weather of the year and went the extra mile to ensure our unique requests were met. Mardeck's was the most reasonable of the four estimates we got. Random strangers have knocked on our door to ask who did the work. Mardeck's clearly has the customer's interests at heart; it's refreshing to work with honest professionals who are great at communication with an eye for detail.

We recently selected Mardeck's to finish and restore our deck based on its 5 star rating. After the initial estimates and power wash of the deck, Mardeck's did not return emails or phone calls for weeks. Once Mardeck's did finally return our emails/calls, the 2 hours allowed to do our deck by one person was totally inadequate and the work was done poorly. After we complained, Mardeck's did come back to fix the many problems with the deck re-finish. Overall, we were very unhappy with the quality of the work and the quality of the product.

Good work at a fair price, but needed careful checking because a few times initial work was not up to par. For example, they installed new boards on a deck that had been damaged. They put the boards in so that some green factory markings showed up. When this was pointed out the workmen reversed the boards and it was fine.
