I received outstanding service from Bishop Equipment last week when we had an air-conditioning emergency. The front staff person, Eddie, who handled the call was incredibly helpful and responsive. They were able to get a service technician to me quickly, and the technician, Tan, did a great job, went out of his way to figure out the problems and left with my system working perfectly. I would highly recommend this company!
