This rating is only marginally related to computers, which Paul did help with, but to WiFi in the home. Our network, with the latest router from Verizon, was not effective in some parts of the house, even with a hundred dollar repeater. Paul figured out the problem, found equipment to solve the problem and installed it. The installation included running cable to enable the new access point to provide the speeds we are paying for. We are thrilled with the results of his efforts. He was not inexpensive, until we compared his bill to what we were paying Verizon to deliver something we couldn't use.
