Recommended
The aides we got for my mother were absolutely wonderful. They had great ideas for how to care for my mom, and they were focused on assisting her. They were very dedicated, seemed to really enjoy caregiving. They get screened thoroughly, and have ongoing training. Having them there was key to her getting emergency help twice; if they hadn't been there or responded properly the outcome could have been very bad. We were lucky to have found them.

Not Recommended
BrightStar of Fairfax made unauthorized and unjustified charges to my credit card. They refuse to give an explanation and give the money back.
