Heartland is heartless. They just want the Medicare money. The doctor is too busy to stop by unless requested, and then didn't have time to read the patient's chart and prescribed something that would have been harmful. The nurse didn't order the right bed, wheelchair, and other equipment. The aide was in and out so fast that she left her car running outside, even though she was supposed to be there for an hour. The chaplain is useless and we ended up asking him not to come any more because he was a waste of time. The problems are endemic throughout the company (except the person who signs you up), and complaining sometimes did more harm than good.
