Person was fast at making keys for locks where there was no keys. Price seemed 30% too high. Communication by office and technician needs improvement. Will look for another locksmith.

I stopped by Artie's shop to discuss a problem I was having with my front door lock, which became inoperable. Within 3 hours, a technician, Juan, came to the house and replaced the latch. I could not have gotten better service than that.

We used Artie's when we first moved into our house 20 years ago, but we understand the company changed ownership a long time ago. Nevertheless, we needed several doorknob handle locks replaced with locking lever handles. The work was done on time, neatly and professionally with no surprises on the estimate. The locksmith carefully made sure each door lock and the doors worked smoothly without binding; he was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
