Winston's Chimney Service

We had all our chimneys worked on by these guys. The masonry work was fine but the rest of the experience with this company was not. The person that came and gave the estimate seemed to know what he was talking about but in reality he did not--when the mason from the company looked at the chimneys he knew they needed to be rebuilt not repointed. The job cost 40% more than the estimate! Felt like I was given the old "bait and switch" routine--their estimate under cut everyone else but in the end I spent MORE than any of the other estimates. And to add insult to injury, even though I paid the bill completely on the day the work was finished I received another bill in the mail. There are penlty of other great masons out there!!
