1). Service men permanently bent the rail of stairs to ceiling when they installed my new Carrier A/C (few years ago/I called the office but to this day they ignore and refuse to fix or replace rail). Also did not adjust the temperature gage correctely. I called the office and said, "My temperature gage reads too high". Their reply was, "Well, are you getting any cold air?" Basically, A/C is working. 2) On maintenance in 2024, I had to negotiate cost. 3). Guys doing maintenance did not know how to remove my mini split from the wall and pounded on the unit. The unit initially didn't work but came on after many times turning system on and off. They also bent a bottom flexible part of the unit as well as getting black smudges on the wall and unit. 4). Guys were by in large friendly with the exception of one who was rude. 5). Overall quality was not satisfactory. I cannot recommend. 6). Prices overall high but ok.
