Condon Reed no longer services any area in the District other than the high income areas in Northwest, according to their service manager. Consumers Checkbook should clarify its ratings accordingly. When I strongly objected to the fact that they refused to service a unit they originally installed, the service manager called me an a$$hole. Not recommended under any circumstances.
