I've used them for decades. They are easy to deal with, come on time, and, as far as I can tell, do good work. They are expensive. They sell Carrier products, mostly. My experience with a new air conditioning system and furnace has not left me impressed by Carrier. I'm told the company was sold in October 2025 so things may change.
