I have had an annual service contract with Richards for more than 25 years. This past summer when my 25 year-old air conditioner finally gave up, they promptly replaced it. They come when they say they will and are always pleasant.

Richards installed our current HVAC and has provided occasional service as needed. In the most recent service they quickly identified the problem and got the system working again but initially missed a detail regarding the root cause, which if identified earlier could have save a future repair call.
