I hear horror stories from my husband about the cleanliness of the men's locker room. The women's locker room seems fine. The track is forever being repaired because of continuing water problems that the landlord won't take care of. There's an unused swimming pool on the upper level - it's a real shame they don't use it anymore. Clearly, the facility has seen better days and could really use an upgrade. But the staff is friendly. It is a very comfortable place to work out, a place where people mind their own business (not a social scene), and you can quickly do exactly what you came there to do.

I've been a member of this club since 1995. There have been a lot of changes, and most of them aren't good. The removal of the basketball/volleyball court to provide yet more space for personal training (translated = money for the Club) changed the dynamic of the fitness center. I miss it. The equipment isn't adequately cleaned. My promised "free" personal training sessions were snatched away from me. The list goes on. I'm looking into other fitness centers.
