Today's Leak is the worst service provider I have ever hired. The gentleman had no idea what he was doing. I showed him precisely where I believed the leak was (and which a real plumber later confirmed), and he "checked" with his moisture monitoring device to see if I was correct. He used no common sense or expertise, just his device. He said the leak was not where I thought, but coming from a toilet on a different floor, and in a different location. He recommended tearing out a bunch of walls to fix the leak. I showed him that where he "located" the upstairs toilet was actually outdoors, but he persisted. He doesn't understand basic plumbing or construction; he just uses that device. He is completely incompetent. Do not hire Today's Leak.
