As someone who is not technically the most gifted, I have found Friendly to be an excellent service provider when it comes to repairing and servicing my PC. Their technicians Jason (in-house) and Brian (who makes house calls) are extremely knowledgeable. They have offered excellent advice on such issues as browser updates, effective anti-virus programs, and file back-up (all of which they installed for me). A few years back my hard drive simply died, but Friendly was able to install a new one and get the computer up and running. I believe it costs $10 more per hour for a home visit, versus in-store servicing, but it’s usually well worth it for simple fixes or upgrades. Based on my experience, I recommend them.
