Have used 123Junk multiple times and will continue to use them. Their service is prompt, and while they'll do a general estimate over the phone, they'll do the actual quote once on site based on what I need to have them take away (generally the onsite quote is less). I like the fact that they will attempt to recycle or donate items to reduce them amount going into the waste stream.

Service was easy to contact with friendly, info filled interaction. They committed to a date/time (same day!), and rough estimate on the phone. Jaylon and Brendan arrived on time (conveniently, a bit early, infact), did a complete walk through of items to be hauled and/or donated, got my agreement with a revised estimate, then set to work. In about 1/2 hour, they were finished -- no issues, no damage. Agreed upon payment was made on the spot with credit card. Friendly and efficient crew. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Professional and courteous, quick booking fully explained pricing, lowest cost to remove sofa, recliner, and chair. Communicated well, arrived on time and didn't upcharge. They were also careful while removing furniture from home.

123Junk was quick to respond and schedule a pickup, even in the middle of the summer rush. They hauled out our upright piano and several other pieces of furniture. The initial estimate was accurate, and the movers were professional and helpful, even when they had to take out a sliding door panel and push the piano up a hill behind our townhouse basement.

We had 123Junk come to our Public Storage Unit to remove about 130 boxes of books (about 1.75 tons). The fee was very reasonable, and the job was handled smoothly and efficiently. The two men who did the job were friendly, professional and service-oriented. I would call them again.

I hired 123 Junk to get rid of yard debris that I had cut but it was too much to bag for the county yard trim pick up. They sent 2 trucks and 4 men who stood around when they saw the yard debris. I ended up bringing most of it to the truck so they then picked it up slowly and with one hand. They left a lot of logs because they said it was too heavy to pick up. It was a total waste of money. I later ended up renting 6 dumpsters that were cheaper than the price I paid to 123 junk. Don't waste your money or time on 123 junk.

We have used them twice now. Both times they were right on time. They were pleasant to deal with, worked hard and what's most important, cleaned up afterwards. I like the fact that they donate as much as they can, recycle what they can't donate, and only trash what can't be donated or recycled.

123 Junk did a terrific job removing and hauling away an old garden shed for me. They maintained the quoted price even when the job turned out to be a bit more involved than anticipated. They were very careful around plants and adjacent structure when removing the shed. They also followed up afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory.

From my first inquiry to their clearing out everything I didn’t want in my new apartment they were great. Their estimate was reasonable and they honored it even though the job was a bit more difficult than expected. Very pleasant crew as well as smart and efficient.

I was very impressed with the 123junk team. I was doing a "whole house" clean out in preparation for downsizing to a smaller place. The team came in twice, cleaning out accumulated stuff from the basement on the first trip and unwanted furniture and other belongings on the second. The team members were friendly, cheerful, and STRONG. All I had to do was tell them what went and it was gone. in two hours they cleaned out five rooms -- something that I would not have believed if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. I HIGHLY recommend this team!
