Sadly the spring winter service, 2 different techs, constituted looking at filter inside then looking at outside unit...but no measurements, removing cover, checking anything. Both talked at great length about personal topics which I won't name as it might identify them, but the topics were not HVAC related. Calling office to find out what "seasonal checkup" response is "well they check the units.". What does that mean? Is there a service sheet or checklist or something I can see? No. I have 3 units, cost is $740 for this "checkup.". I left feedback & company didn't respond. Very confusing since 2 other techs who did diagnosis in 2022 we're excellent & I rated service superior.

have used climatic 3 times so far. fall and spring maintenance and an a/c repair. the part was covered by warranty and i had to pay the labor. i've had 3 different tech's and everyone has been very polite, thorough and neat. their maintenance fees are well above the lowest prices i've seen advertised but i feel i can trust them. they have been reliable and responsible.

Climatic has been my provider for a couple of years. I have found them to be very efficient and friendly. They don't try to up sell you or sell you what you don't need. They explain things in an easy to understand format.
