Recommended but with reservations. Technicians have done thorough tune up inspections of HVAC systems and done light preventive maintenance, but when they have recommended additional parts or services their estimated costs are astronomical and can be obtained for less elsewhere.

I have used ME Flow on and off for several years. A plus is that they can almost always send a technician within 24 hours of your call. A negative is that they are expensive (got a quote of over $350 to provide and install a part that is available at a store for between $75-99) and haven’t fixed things on the first visit (going on 3 visits for the AC fix and ready to find someone else!).
