Due to nature of services really don't now if needed or not so very hard to judge. Every time they do an inspection they find several hundred dollars or more of "needed repairs." Also, used to leave filters for heat pump so we could change filter each month -- now only leave 1. Used to be very good but not so much anymore

The guy charged us at the high end of the average price for a blower motor. I (female) went outside just to ask him about the price (average is $300 to $700) he turned around became defensive and irritated, repeatedly shook his head and said that’s just what the company charges, okay?? It will be 690 and 119. he charged us $690 and $119 for the visit. Apparently he was cool with my husband at least.
