The work was executed very well by the crew and laborers. However the billing was a nightmare. When I called because I didn't understand charges, I was told that for the second crew (a repair crew, not an install crew), there was a trip charge that I was not made aware of. The second crew's work was billed by the hour and indicated they had been there more hours than they actually were. I was home. The business was changing hands and I think there was a lack of communication between designer, project manager, and billing. For quality, recommended, but get all charges clearly defined beforehand, especially for repairs.
