After using Duvall for many years, they disappointed us when we needed emergency plumbing service on a Friday morning. We were told we would have to call back after hours for emergency service, and could not get regular service till the following Monday. We had to call another plumber who responded with immediate help. So, although their service is great for regular calls, they stink for emergencies, when you need them most. That's why I can no longer recommend Duvall.

Came home from vacation to no heat. Called late. Was explained extra for after hours. Explained that if I called in morning I could get regular daytime scheduling which I did and got same day service. Had a plumbing incident a few weeks later and again happy with service and I believe pricing was reasonable

We have used Duvall's for years. Their work is always exceptional and their technicians are always polite and well-versed in their trade. Prices are well below the major contractors in the area -- so great value!
