Jay and his team replaced our 30 year old hot water heater and 50+ year old hot water boiler, and did an outstanding job for a very fair price. They were timely and professional, and the new equipment works great. Very highly recommended!!

I have been trying out Duvall this year after switching from my long term previous contractor. I had problems with low humidity during the extreme cold this winter and called to ask what I could do about it. Jay Duvall took my call himself and led me through some tests over the phone, and told me to change the system setting to "fan on" to help it humidify continuously. This improved the humidity but not as much as I'd like. So he came in person and explained the system to me in such clear terms that I understand my HVAC better than I ever have before. Now I know more ways to manage the humidifier that I already have, so I might not need to upgrade the humidifier. He will also send me an estimate in case these changes don't do enough. He could have saved his own time and made a quick profit by not explaining to me how to use the system better, and just write an estimate for a more powerful humidifer, wasting my money, the energy and the equipment, but instead he took the time to educate me so I could be a wiser consumer. He has earned my appreciation and loyalty. What a class act!!!
