Quick response to a Thursday evening call about a broken house A/C unit. The customer service rep that took my call explained the charges for an "after hours" emergency call and associated options. We decided to schedule the repair visit for the following morning at a cheaper rate. The repairman arrived promptly, with a text message ahead of time providing a web link for his real time location. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair item on his van. In 30 minutes he was done. Transaction to pay was easy with a credit card. Definitely recommend! Very professional all around.

We have been VERY satisfied customers for 16 years. All of their technicians are first-rate. Skilled, competent, and personable. We have had a service contract with them throughout this time, and Parrish has replaced our entire HVAC system and water heater. We are in good hands and have recommended the company to our family, friends and neighbors. This past year we decided to get their plumbing service contract since we have been so pleased with their service.
