My 38 year old swimming pool dropped two inches of water all of a sudden. Having unsuccessfully used a pool service company who also did leak detection in the past, I researched all I could find and decided it made sense to me to use a company whose sole purpose is building and renovating pools. After all the great comments I found online, I chose JW Contracting. They were very responsive (they were able to come out within 2 days). They also informed me of the leak detection costs upfront. Throughout the process, I was in regular contact with the operations person (Ana/Anna) who kept me updated with developments. I was at home watching all the tests being done (I actually think they found debris in one of the lines during the pressure test.). At any rate, they figured out it was a crack under the skimmer (they showed it to me…it was probably leaking slowly for awhile). I told them I would like the skimmer replaced and they were able to prepare the site for it that day and finish it the next. My pool is running better than it has in years (I think it was clearing that debris during the pressure test). I thought the price was more than reasonable and well worth it. I highly recommend them.
