Had to have a ring cut off a swollen finger. Staff were extremely nice and reassuring. It was quick and painless, and they refused to charge me. They said they regarded it as a service. I will definitely go back to have the ring repaired and resized once my injured finger recovers. I can't say how appreciative I am. While I didn't buy anything while there, I did look at some jewelry in the display cases, and the staff person explained some features of them to me, and I felt she was knowledgeable and professional.

I prefer this location over their DC location, but don't mind going to either if one location doesn't have what I'm looking for. Surprised their IT system have a separate customer DB for each location and not able to pull up all prior purchases regardless of store.
