James provides personalized service and--from personal experience--readily adapts to complex issues driving tax return and/or issues the client creates (procrastination, incomplete info, etc.)

Jimmy Swago, who did our return in 2016, was fine. We were not informed that he left the firm. In 2017, we reached out. The firm was quick in turning around a tax organizer for us, but the new minimum fee was substantially more than the prior year. We chose to do our taxes ourselves.
