Wow. I wanted to ask them about their services, so I went online. They what seemed like an excessive number of questions to answer before I could get a call back, so I gave them a call. The call desk had the same long lists of questions for me so I went through all the answers. I heard nothing back in 24 hrs so I called back. A different person at the call desk wanted me to answer all the same questions even though he acknowledged he already had my answers in front of him. They were so unnecessary, one of the questions was "are you interested in solar" and I told him that I clicked on their menu option for people who are not interested in solar. I told him I just wanted to follow up on my request from the previous day and ask if someone could call me before the weekend and he was ending the call because I refused to give him any information. I gave him my name and phone number and he already had the other information so that is ridiculous. I asked for a supervisor. Then he hung up on me. The call was "recorded for quality service." I doubt it.

Almost a decade ago, EDGE installed my solar panels - which have worked flawlessly. So when I started taking steps to go all-electric, they were my first call. Their electricians did a great job on phase 1, and they are now preparing a plan for further work. They've been professional and great to deal with throughout.
