Outstanding experiences from front desk as well as therapists. Therapy is in private rooms for total one-on-one sessions.

For unrelated reasons, I've had to get physical therapy a several times over the past 20 years. I've been to some more traditionally-run PT firms, and I've been to the hospital network-affiliated PT factories, but if I have a choice at all, I'll pay extra if necessary to go back to Pro-Motion. I saw them for an ankle injury in 2008. I saw them for a neck issue in 2017, and I went back to them for a leg issue in 2023. They have put me on the quick path to full recovery each time, always treating the whole body to bring things in balance. I have worked with 3 different staff therapists there, plus the founders Scott and Puja, and they are all outstanding. This year, I sent my wife there for a frozen shoulder, and she loves her therapist as well. I can't imagine getting physical therapy anywhere else, and in fact, even though I've long since recovered from my various ailments, I've decided just to start periodically going back there for evaluations and adjustments. For a little more than the price of a good massage, you get much, much more. They are in a class by themselves. Therapists who are lucky enough to get a job here are willing to commute a long way to work at a firm that cares about patients, treats the whole body, and delivers full value for the time prescribed. Even if you're not near McLean, it's worth the trip.
