I highly recommend Reston Therapeutic Massage. I have dealt with chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain for many years. Tracey was able to relieve my agony through deep tissue that leaves me feeling better immediately after each session. Her work is long lasting and I am impressed that I am able to function for weeks without thinking of my injury. Tracey cares about the well being of her clients and creates a safe and relaxing space. She is knowledgeable in different massage therapy techniques and creatively blends them for maximum results. In my case, she intuitively identified other issues that have nagged me and performed lymphatic therapy with wonderful results.
