While I didn't end up requiring Valor's more in depth mold mediation service, I felt worthy of comment, the honesty and integrity of this company. I had concerns about recurring mold issues in an infrequently used guest bathroom. David from Valor mold showed up promptly for a scheduled assessment and consult, quickly determining the mold in question is common, not dangerous, and reasonably addressed with a mold mediated paint job coupled with ceiling fan function. Though he outlined more in depth (and substantially more expensive) mediation options his company could offer, short of someone being in the household with high mold sensitivity he did not push those options. With his advice I was able to come up with a reasonable approach. He kindly did not charge me for the visit and consult. I much appreciated his honesty, generosity with his time and expertise and his not pushing a level of service I didn't need. I would not hesitate to call on him or recommend to others in event of a future mold related issue.

David Myrick told me that there was minimal risk from the small amount of mold in my unfinished basement room. He gave me helpful information about mold and remediation. I very glad I asked such an honest person to inspect my house.
