Scott Hardy at American Security Mortgage Corporation is amazing. We asked a number of questions to determine what the best refi strategy was for us and Scott was extremely prepared - he had a number of tools at his disposal and was able to assist us in securing an excellent refi rate (our 3rd refi in 7 years) when we didn't think we could do any better.
