Replaced complete AC system. Installer didn't spend time explaining the system or assisting in programming. We almost immediately began receiving "Critical Alert" messages from the manufacturer advising that the system wasn't performing correctly. Two more service calls (no charge) were necessary to correct the installation.

Donmar refused to replace my HVAC equipment saying it was in good condition and should last 2 to 5 years. My then HVAC service firm wanted me to replace it before it died in the near term. I went with Donmar. They are honest.
