No longer owned by Stohlman. Sold to Lithia, who is taking over a lot of dealerships. Now named "Subaru of Sterling." I can't name anything specific but it doesn't feel as good going there as it did before.

I brought in my Subaru Forester on a Monday morning as the dealership opened, because my tailgate would not lock as of Saturday evening. The check in process was efficient. I was advised that the car may not be seen until Tuesday because of the backlog of work. Carlos asked detailed questions at I checked in my Subaru. He called me later in the morning as he had talked to the technician. The problem was a "program error." I was not charged for the visit, even though the issue may not have been covered by warranty. I left Stohlman with a car that worked, my wallet in tack, and very pleased that I had the foresight to have bought my Subaru at Stohlman Subaru Tysons.
