We live in a townhouse in which we share a roof with our neighbor. Shiner Roofing worked with both of us equally. They did an excellent job with the installation. Part of the roof is vertical (a mansard roof), and that required highly skilled labor apparently. After the first team of roofers from Shiner took a look at the job, they said they weren't qualified to do it. The foreman came out, and agreed. The next thing we know, their best team is on the job. It took only four days to complete the work. Their backoffice support was also very good - they kept us updated (rain did interfere a few times) with emails and sent photographs of one problem spot (rotten plywood sheathing that needed to be replaced) and then photos of the finished roof. Our neighbors are happy. We are happy. And Shiner Roofings price for the whole job was within $100 of what our homeowner's insurance was willing to pay.

Shiner has replaced two roofs for me over the years. They also recently installed new flashing around my new chimney that had to be rebuilt because it was leaking. They did a great job with the new flashing. Shiner also fixed a helmeted gutter that had come loose. They do a fine job, but sometimes are too busy to come in a timely fashion.
