I recently found out that Tom Muse Service Company has been acquired by a gentleman that new Mike Muse for 35 years and they were great friends. Because I have used them for so long I wasn't sure how they would be since the acquisition, but the office staff is very polite and helpful. We needed a new system and they had us a quote rather quickly and had it installed the next day. The technicians were very professional and I look forward to continuing doing business with them in the future.

Muse has been very responsive and has done excellent work for me. I've used them for several years and plan to continue. Two years ago, one of their technicians was able to diagnose and repair a tricky problem, saving me the expense of replacing my system. When I did replace it the following year, Muse did an excellent job - they worked efficiently and answered my questions in detail. I highly recommend them.
