I would NOT use this company. My service technician on October 3, 2025 told me I badly needed a duct cleaning. Since I had a good experience with this technician in the Spring, 2025, I trusted him. The $1,200 duct cleaning was NOT NEEDED as I could clearly see on the filter used that it did not have any dirty residue on it after the work was completed. The company did not know I was an annual contract holder and tried to charge me extra for the original tech's visit and the duct cleaning. Since then, I have been called three times by this company to schedule my fall cleaning. Each time, I tell them it's already been done. I will never use this company again because they are incompetent and I do not trust them.
