Our home was built in 1979 and no longer meets Virginia's new construction Code of R-60 for home insulation. Given Dominion Powers continually rising energy costs, I had Prudent Homes remove the initial attic insulation, seal all the seams in the attic, and replace the insulation with fire retardant cellulose bringing the insulation up to R-60. Great job and team. Arrived as promised, carefully shielded passageway to the attic, provided progress photos and completed the project in one day. Also did a very thorough clean up, inside and out, upon completion. Our home is now very comfortable and I had to bring up the thermostat a couple degrees because it was too cool inside at the previous setting. The cost was fair for the work performed and they provided a military discount.

David came out mid-week, looked at my attic then told me all that they could do and why. He said he would have an estimate to me in a few days. A week later, no estimate. I emailed and got an auto response that someone would get back with me. Crickets. A week after that I email asking the status of my quote, and still crickets. They obviously don't want or need our business.
