David came out mid-week, looked at my attic then told me all that they could do and why. He said he would have an estimate to me in a few days. A week later, no estimate. I emailed and got an auto response that someone would get back with me. Crickets. A week after that I email asking the status of my quote, and still crickets. They obviously don't want or need our business.

Provided a prompt and detailed quote for two insulation projects. The team tried to upsell to spray foam insulation, but when I said no, didn't argue or push the issue, so it came across as informative. I would have them back to do more work.
