Exceptional in all regards. On his first visit he found things in the mechanism of our then new piano that interfered with its operation. Wow!

Steve is a very personable guy who obviously has the skills as a piano tuner given that he is a member of the piano tuner's guild. He did a good job and tuned our quite old studio upright in about 90 minutes. I must admit I've owned the piano for 50 years and it was built in 1926. Still plays well. Having given only $50 for it in 1971 I was a little shocked at the price of $175 but that is the going rate in Northern Virginia to get just about any piano tuned. I will call him next time I need this done.
