Overall, I rate them good especially in dealing with my financial advisor Melissa, and her assistants. But years ago there was one key piece of information that she did not orally warn me about that caused me to not be able to get a higher percentage of return.(though was in the longwinded contract paperwork). We just recently sought to correct this by rolling over that contract into a new one with a better return. It’s too soon yet to judge how that will work out.
